Two Key Components to Creating Inner Harmony

Let’s talk about the two key components to creating inner harmony so you can truly experience the journey to freedom and divine love.

Component #1: Detachment

Here’s what detachment DOESN’T mean

Detachment doesn’t mean you don’t care. It doesn’t mean complacency. And it doesn’t mean giving up.

So, what DOES detachment mean?

It means you can be committed to your vision, but unattached to what it looks like and unattached to the end result.

It means you can feel peace on the journey to your vision and going after your goals.

Detachment can bring you peace and the freedom to take committed action in pursuing your goals and living your life while letting go of the preconceived ideas of what your life should look like.

Releasing control around every single aspect of your conscious creation allows inner harmony to grow.

Where detachment exists, inner harmony exists.

Yes, you still get to care.

Yes, you still get to be passionate towards your vision.

Yes, you still get to take committed action toward whatever is most important to you.

Bring your whole heart into your vision, your desire and your goals – but let go of what it has to look like. Let go of the timeline of when it gets to come to fruition.

Just let it be a journey where you are experiencing detachment with committed action, freedom and inner harmony.

Component #2: Compassion

To feel peace and inner harmony, compassion is going to be key.

On your journey to freedom, pursuing your vision and striving toward your goals, when the doubts creep in and the negative thoughts begin to surface, you get to step into compassion.

Compassion is the key to life and vital to the success of your journey. In order to feel peace, achieve detachment and reach your goals, you must practice compassion. The more compassion you step into, the more harmony and peace you will feel on the inside, which in turn, creates peace and harmony on the outside.

Compassion for others and compassion, kindness and being gentle with yourself leads to inner harmony.

Treat yourself with the same care and compassion you would treat a child, a vulnerable being or someone you love. Bring kindness and gentleness into your thoughts and words.

When you notice the negativity come into your thoughts, don’t beat yourself up. That’s the opposite of compassion.

Start practicing non-judgment. Release the judgmental thoughts and negativity. Practice love, acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion.

Inner Harmony

I invite you to focus on one of the two key components of inner harmony this week. Choose one as your intention to step into your next level of inner harmony. In the comments below, let me know which component you choose to practice this week.

Are you committed to practicing detachment and letting go? Or are you committing to practice love, kindness, gentleness, and compassion with yourself this week?

Whichever key component you choose to take to begin your journey to consciously create a life of freedom, cultivating inner harmony will move you towards the life you are meant to live.

If you want to stay committed to changing the way you think and feel, then I invite you to join us in The Freedom Project. Our doors are officially closing this Friday! We’d love to support you on your journey to your next level of Freedom.
